Alcott Weddings have a range of quirky, or traditional structures to host your big day. With so many variations and options at Alcott, it is very difficult to give exact prices for specific packages; however, we can offer guide prices for you to explore. The packages are based on seated guests (except the Canvas Marquee) but will offer extra room for evening guests ready to join in the celebrations.

We can cater for weddings and celebrations for up to 450 guests; these are some of our most popular choices.

Prices include the land hire, very swanky toilets and power to bring everything to life.

*Please note these are based on current estimated guide prices and maybe subject to change. They have been fluctuating a lot recently due to all that’s going on in the world and risings costs of pretty much everything!

Included within the land hire is:

• The land from the start of the set up (usually the Wednesday or Thursday for a Saturday wedding) the whole day on the Friday to dress the structures and you have the land until midday on the Sunday to collect any personal items and if you have camped you can have the option of breakfast on site.
• A wedding planner to help you every step of the way with the lead up to the wedding, from organising suppliers to helping schedule the day, so it runs smoothly.
• An Event manager is on site for the whole day and are first aid trained. They take away any worries re the dancefloor getting mopped if wet or spillages, maintain the toilets so they are replenished and so much more. They will hire the generators to you and take care of the electrics and give lots of options of extra lighting and sound.
• Security staff to meet and greet your guests and manage the parking in the hard-standing car park. They, too, are on site until the end. They radio through to the events manager when the taxis have arrived in the car park to ensure the guests know when their car is there.
• A road runs from the car park into the wedding field, ensuring the field looks pristine. A drainage system prevents the field from becoming soggy if it rains. You can also have walkway matting into the marquee. The field is mown weekly, so it's in perfect condition for the structures.
• We display signs with details of the taxis on and smoking signs and metal bins with sand for the smokers. Signage is also put up for each wedding with the couples' names on at the entrance. This is then given to the couple for a keepsake.
• We take care of the clear up the following day. You have the land until midday to collect any personal items and if camping the catering will give you an option of breakfast the next morning.
