Alcott Weddings offers a range of quirky, or traditional structures to host your big day for up to 450 guests. Our trusted suppliers know our site well and will help to create the perfect ambience. Our great selection of catering allows you to be as relaxed and informal as you like right through to seated 3 or 5 course sit down meals.
Have your ceremony with a fab wedding celebrant in the great outdoors or chose to use your chosen structure.
You have space in the field for a festival fun vibe, go all out there and have fair pieces, outdoor games, a bouncy castle and perhaps a bucking bronco!
Glamp or camp on site to make the wedding last that bit longer and wake up the next morning to a hearty breakfast.

How We Work At Alcott Weddings
Step 1: Site Viewing
Here at Alcott, it is not a ‘Here is a field and off you go approach’! You will meet with our friendly, experienced wedding planner who will soon become your trusty accomplice in aiming to achieve your wedding goals. She will work with you from the day of booking, right through to the scheduling of your big day to ensure it all runs smoothly-she knows someone for everything- explore our blank canvas, picturesque but filled with practicalities! Running weddings from May till early October, our wedding site- is a flat, fully drained, spacious piece of land that provides the perfect surface for Summer Weddings.
Step 2: Understanding what you are paying for.
It is not just a field! The land hire includes four-day hire from Thursday till Sunday and full wedding co-ordination from start to finish. This includes recommending trusted suppliers and doing all of the behind the scenes ground-work. We have Events managers to hire the generators and take care of the electrics, lighting and sound; they’re on site for the whole day and are first aid trained, just in case anything should happen. Our trusted security staff, meet and greet your guests with beaming smiles and stay until all of the partying has finished, ensuring guests get home and the site is safe. As we all know cleaning up and late night partying do not go hand in hand; we do the clean-up for you the next day, leaving you until 12pm to collect your belongings.
Finally: Let’s customise your day. Choose from a range of structures, caterers and bar options.
These are guide prices only and will be based on specific guest numbers. The size of the structures need to be able to cater for seated day guests and will allow room for some extra evening guests, as there is space at the bar, dance floor and maybe mingling outside too. If your evening guest numbers were doubling, then the structures would need to be bigger to allow for this. We can cater for any size up to 450 guests, but if small and intimate is what you require, we can do this too.
