Over the years, people have come to us to help them host many types of events: from Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Charity Events, Christenings and Wakes within our stunning and tranquil setting. With first-hand experience in planning these events, we would love the chance to hear your ideas and help make your plans a reality. Our kettle is always on so feel free to come and pick our brains, but in the meantime, here is a small list of ideas:

Corporate Family Fun Day

You may simply have had a great year and want to reward hard working staff and their families. A family fun day is a great way to boost staff morale and blend family life with work – not to mention the ideal way to say thank you to your employees! Why not spice up the typical team- building days with your own company mini-festival! Include activities for adults and kids: live bands, BBQs, fish & chip van, a flowing bar, camping and glamping. Wake up to breakfast before everyone makes their journey home and let’s get the office talking about stories from this event for years to come.

Team Building Days

As a company you may want to get your staff out into the outdoors for some activities which can be adventurous and fun! It’s been known to gain trust, to mitigate any conflict, encourage communication and get your employees more engaged which is great for the company culture and a boost for the bottom line.

Leadership Events Day

Away days and Conferencing

Come out of your work environment for a conference and when all the hard work has been done let your hair down and we can organise some fun and games for the rest of the day and evening.

Whether you are looking at holding any of the above events for 50 or 450 people, we can help. You have a choice of structures to create the perfect space and our resident production company (Key Event Network) to look after all your technical requirements whilst on-site. You will benefit from our knowledge and an Alcott Events Co-Ordinator, to take you through, from the concept of your event to completion. From the initial planning and ideas stage and promoting the event within your organisation, to coordinating the event's infrastructure, managing health and safety, arranging entertainment and activity zones and planning the event day schedule- running order and timetable.
