Me and Harley got married at Alcott wedding and events on the 15th July. From start to finish Lucy was amazing at organising things for us and offering advice where we needed it. The setting is beautiful and everyone commented on how amazing the tipi’s were. Our day was perfect from start to finish the food from skyline recommended by Lucy was fabulous especially the BBQ and hog roast. The B&B was lovely and breakfast was great as well as the dogs and horses! We would 100% recommend to anyone wanting an outdoor wedding in the beautiful countryside.

After 2 postponements we finally had our wedding at Alcott Weddings and Events venue at the end of June and we honestly couldn’t have picked a better venue! From the very beginning Lucy was so friendly, helpful and, armed with a huge list of suppliers, she made the daunting task of planning a wedding seem easy. We were originally due to get married in June 2020 but we unfortunately had to postpone due to covid, I honestly think we might have ended up cancelling if it wasn’t for Lucy. I know of people who had also hoped to get married that year who lost huge deposits and had a lot of stress but Lucy was on hand for support and to contact our supplies and get a new date agreed not only once but twice therefore taking most of the stress off us.
When our day finally came around it went perfectly, special thank to you Chris who aside from setting up our beautiful lighting, sound system and generator, kept everything running on the day - we would have been lost without you!
I cannot recommend Alcott, Lucy and Chris enough, it’s a beautiful venue and if you are looking for something a little different to host your big day it’s ideal.

I can’t recommend Alcott Weddings highly enough. When it turned out we couldn’t have the wedding we had planned due to Covid 19 restrictions, Lucy immediately put us at ease and made us feel so much better about the situation. Straight away she set about finding new date options, contacted most of our suppliers and coordinated everything, completely turning around what had been a very stressful situation. We are so glad we chose Alcott for our wedding, Lucy has been amazing and even though we can’t get married when we’d originally planned we know it will be perfect when the day comes!

From the start Lucy has been absolutely amazing and could not do enough for us!

We were due to get married in August 2020 and due to the pandemic we couldn’t go ahead with the day we wanted and the numbers so chose to postpone. I called lucy to explain and she was so understanding and did everything she could for us to move our date to 2021. She contacted majority of the suppliers on our behalf and sorted new dates and paper work etc. It took all the stress out of the situation and made us feel 100% looked after.

Fast forward to now and unfortunately we are in the same position again, Alcott has everything we want for our wedding and we want the day we planned and make full use of the venue and all the supplied so again due to the circumstances and family being stuck in Australia we made the tough decision to postpone and move our date to 2022.

Lucy was amazing again and offered us the closest Saturday available to our current date for next year and got on to all the suppliers to rearrange our whole day (for the second time)

I cannot wait to get married at Alcott and knowing lucy is on hand anytime for any questions or queries makes everything 100 times easier!

We can now sit back and relax knowing everything is taken care of and can get our excitement back!

A beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding.If you’re looking for a scenic, private outdoor wedding to tailor to your own specification then I would highly recommend Alcott Weddings. Lucy the owner was extremely helpful. She gave us loads of recommended suppliers and was brilliant at helping us to organise our day. We had such a brilliant, relaxed day exactly the way we wanted it. The perfect venue.

We had already decided that we wanted a festival themed wedding, so when we walked onto the field and saw it and the surroundings for the first time, we knew this was the place to build the wedding we had envisaged.

Of course, having the right people behind this place is crucial to making your dream day come true, so meeting Lucy we got the feeling that this would not be a problem, and it was not. Lucy and her team have the perfect mixture of experience, professionalism and approach ability to deliver and much more.

Lucy has many suppliers that she has worked with over the years, that you will find extremely helpful, as you start to shape the necessary elements of your wedding.

Working with Lucy and her team has been brilliant, none more so than the day itself, where all that was needed was taken care of. I could not recommend Lucy and Alcott enough. The location the atmosphere and the day we had was outstanding and will last forever in our hearts and minds of not just ourselves but also our guests. Thank you Alcott Farm!

Lucy it was the best weekend of my life so far, it was so amazing!! Everyone had the best time! Everyone loved the venue and so many people said it was the best ceremony they have ever seen and that was despite delaying the wedding half an hour because it chucked it down at exactly two o’clock and they had to sprint all the chairs and archway back inside! It was just brilliant!!

Lucy, honestly the Event Managers that you include on the day were just on it the whole weekend getting everything done and problem solving and I can’t express enough how much they did and how wonderful they were.

The food and bar was amazing, everything just went so well and we had the best time! And the tipis were amazing! And your parents looked after everyone brilliantly at the B & B!  And the toilets were a big hit, poshest toilets anyone has ever used!

Just thank you SO much Lucy for the months of planning and being there and pulling this a together you are amazing!! I am SO sad it’s over I want to do it all again!!

Alcott weddings was a beautiful venue for our wedding, allowing us to have all of our friends and family around us for our wedding day! Lucy was so helpful from the very first time we visited to the very end of setting down, she always makes it as stress free as possible. We felt at home having our wedding at Alcott and it was such a special day! Thank you so much to Lucy and the team for everything they did to make it possible.

The caters, marquee suppliers, Photo Booth/bouncy castle guys, all were superb and all recommended by Lucy. She catered for and accommodated each and every thing we threw her way with professionalism and grace.

The venue ended up being better than ever imagined, it was like a fairy tale! The commitment from Lucy and her carefully nominated suppliers meant for a seamless and memorable day. The location, people and overall vibe were on point and could not be faulted, made even better having the full English served in the guest house the morning after. We will never forget the day, ever!

“We knew that we wanted a tipi wedding and we knew that we wanted a beautiful location in which to put the tipi. We called Lucy at Alcott Weddings and arranged a meeting, along with a couple of other venues. After meeting with Lucy and going over what she could offer us we took a ride down the drive to the field that accommodates the tipis. It was perfect. Even on a cold October evening as it was getting dark, we could imagine our big day there, in the sun. The beautiful quiet surroundings were exactly what we were looking for, the oak tree and the lake a wonderful feature bonus. The practical part of us appreciated the large car park, the service road and the excellent drainage system. That night we cancelled viewing the other venues, we knew that this was the place that we would get married. It was perfect.

After booking our date we had contact with Lucy on a monthly basis, receiving suggestions of entertainment, decorations and additions to the evening food. Lucy was always on hand to help us out, clarify anything that we needed and help ease our minds.

Our big day has now been and gone, last weekend. It was just as perfect as we had hoped, the venue was beautiful. We would recommend Lucy and Alcott Weddings to anyone looking for a wedding that dreams are made of.”

My partner & I booked Alcott nearly two years ago & over that time Lucy has been Amazing. She has kept us informed & up to date with everything. She advised us of what we needed, such as documents from our suppliers, she gave us information on suppliers we may have been interested in & helped with the day to day planning of our Wonderful Big Day.

Lucy has been a backbone, offering help & support & helped make our whole day go smoothly.

We can’t thank her & all the staff at Alcott, including her Mother…..she was so friendly & her breakfast was really tasty.

We stayed in a cottage & was glad we did as the extra room was ideal for me getting my hair & make up done on the morning.

We can’t recommend Lucy & Alcott Weddings enough for our big, bespoke Wedding day.

We had a great time holding our wedding at Alcott Farm. It was a beautiful venue to host our wedding reception in. The surroundings were amazing and make beautiful photo’s no matter the weather. It was very easy to find our guests and everyone commented on what a lovely venue it was. Lucy was very friendly and helpful to deal with. She has a number of contacts that she can put you in contact with which is really helpful. We would be happy to recommend Lucy and Alcott Weddings.

We fell in love with Alcott Farm before we had even seen it but what we didn’t realise is the photographs on the website do not do it justice. Alcott is stunning and the staff are equally as lovely. From the initial consultation to the day itself, Lucy was helpful, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and she bent over backwards to ensure we had the day of our dreams. Our wedding was perfect and a lot of that is because of Lucy’s advice, guidance and hard work. We cannot thank Lucy and her team more for everything they have done, and we will definitely be recommending Alcott Weddings to others.

For a couple who trawl the Internet, magazines and recommendations for everything they purchase, to only view one wedding venue and book it, is quite telling in itself.

Lucy’s enthusiasm was infectious and it wasn’t just the blank canvas she provides but also the help, support and management that make this venue a wonderful choice for anyone wanting a special place.

We knew roughly what we wanted and Lucy helped us make choices with the right suppliers and put us in touch with the right people. She also let us bring our own ideas and suppliers too.

It felt easy to pull it all together and in the run up, during and afterwards Alcott and Lucy were as welcoming and helpful as ever. Nothing was too much hassle or trouble and everything went off so well without us having to do much on the day or day after with Lucy there to guide it all along smoothly.

The setting is fabulous, a little piece of calm and tranquility amongst rolling hills and we were regularly asked by guests “how did you find this place?”.

We had a truly amazing wedding at Alcott and for anyone wanting a venue that offers a beautiful backdrop, a fantastic host and place to make it your own then look no further than this place, we didn’t and its the best choice we could have made.

We first saw Alcott Farm at their wedding fair in 2014, from the moment we stepped onto the field and saw it beautifully decorated with tipi’s and hay bales we knew it was the perfect place to hold our wedding.

We wanted somewhere that could provide an outdoor space to hold our festival themed celebration, to play games, to camp, and to dance the night away, what we didn’t expect was somewhere so perfect so close to home and in the Midlands!

Lucy made us feel so welcome from the start, from letting us come to visit to show our families, to her amazing ideas and contacts for suppliers. Lucy helped us with the Tipi supplier, Caterer, bell tents, hay bales, security and even managed to help us find a hair dresser and nail artist at the last minute! We were completely reassured by Lucy that our day would be as perfect as we hoped, she kept in contact throughout our whole planning experience, and was happy to receive a panicked phone call when required (though thankfully not too often)!

On the weekend of our wedding Lucy and her team were amazing, Lucy kept her eye on everything to ensure that the field transformed into our festival dream! And what a transformation, the rolling fields and scenic lakes create the most beautiful backdrop! Everyone at Alcott made us feel relaxed and excited, the B&B at Alcott was such a bonus, allowing those not convinced by camping to stay with us all and join in the whole evening of celebrations!

We would absolutely recommend Alcott Farm as a destination for anybody looking for an outdoor and fun wedding! Lucy’s enthusiasm is infectious and the team at Alcott went out of their way to ensure that our wedding day exactly as we had hoped.

We don’t think there are enough positive adjectives in the English language to describe the wonderful experience we had with hosting our wedding at Alcott Weddings, but I’ll give it a go! Lucy was recommended to us by Elite Tents and from start to finish made the process so smooth. Alcott Weddings is set on the stunning location of Alcott Farm. We were getting married in Warwickshire, which had nothing in comparison to offer, so this little gem on the Warwickshire – Worcestershire boarder was the perfect find. Whilst Lucy proclaims she is not a wedding organiser, she has a list with everything you could ever think of when it comes to top quality suppliers and we weren’t disappointed with her recommendations! From booking to set up on the day to organising transport home on the night, Lucy and Alcott Weddings were an integral part of making our wedding the huge success it was!

When I got engaged, I had a very particular picture in my mind of what my wedding looked like. I wanted a view, a relaxed vibe, rolling hills and animals frolicking in the background… We looked at so many venues but Alcott Farm was the one that finally ticked all the boxes!

Our day was simply perfect. The views stunned our guests. They couldn’t believe we were only minutes from Birmingham! We really couldn’t have dreamed of anything more. The sun even managed to shine! Big thanks to Lucy too for arranging the lovely Grant!
